Preamble - the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights
The words of the United Nations cited above could not ring more true and more honest than in our times; we are now at the crossroads. Countries around the world are increasingly turning away from justice in order to enforce new forms of tyranny, and this in all the forms that it can take, in order to force their citizens into a single silo of permissible behavior where derogation is no longer allowed, and any refusal to comply is punished with increasing levels of severity and this for the sole benefit of these countries. And, it is within this setting and stage that the state of Tayos was birthed, as it came into existence through troubled times, and through the shadow of increasing persecution which, either by luck or divine intervention, has fortuitously established the right conditions which were necessary for the creation of a new protective state. And this new state now comes forward in order to resolve the growing injustices of the world…
Forged in the fires of hell…
As previously mentioned, tyranny is increasing rapidly around the world against the free thinkers and the independent, and it is through such a time that the state of Tayos unexpectedly came to be. At the end of 2021, the living man whom is now known in person as King Regis Lucius I and his happy family were taken by mistake into a storm of pain and suffering when the police of the foreign state of Canada made a mistake of “pre-crime” and stormed the house of the man for no good reason at all. Expecting to find something that did not exist, the police sent a squadron of many dozen foreign agents to search a house without right. Notwithstanding that the police broke multiple rules of international law, they also called child persecution services (CPS) in order to summon foreign agents to kidnap the children and take them away from their loving parents, despite that there was no right, nor reason to do so, as the children were living in a loving family who was simply in the temporary process of moving between houses. But this did not matter to the foreign states of Quebec and Canada, because once caught up in their “system”, even if only by mistake, the game became to ensure that the whole family was entirely subservient to the foreign states, and to enforce their uncompromising servitude.
This living man had begun learning about law as a hobby, and facing difficult odds, he decided to use the law in order to attempt to protect his family from these foreign agents which had no right to intervene in their lives and their family. While using the law and also requesting that human rights be respected in the courts of law should have brought a swift end to these ordeals, it had the unexpected opposite effect of unnaturally prolonging these matters for well over a year now, and these matters are still ongoing to this day. The man knowing a fair amount about law and rights began requesting that the courts and their agents prove their authority, and him being in the right, the courts and the agencies of Canada and of Quebec resorted to corruption and deprivation of rights in order to artificially maintain their false authority. A long series of court battles ensued, and the man attempted multiple times to obtain justice in various superior courts, and every time he made some headway, the further and more bold the corruption of the courts of Quebec and of Canada became, to the point where the courts and judges resorted to clear and evident fraud and corruption in order to deny justice, and also to seemingly justify the completely corrupt continuance of these matters. The states were not willing to admit that they had to abdicate the matters, and in order to achieve this, they entered into full corruption and became entirely lawless; this is what we are dealing with: justice is dead.
The intensity and length of these battles which have lasted for well over a year now, and the sheer corruption of the legal courts involved had the effect of creating the rare and unusual circumstances where a new nation could take life within the ashes of this ordeal, and the living man, knowing enough law to assemble the necessary pieces of the puzzle which were required to assemble a new state, and him also having the heart to cry out to the world that there is no other way to live but to live freely and not to submit into servitude to tyranny, saw no other options to save his family from sure slavery and servitude, from this lawless corruption, than to begin building a new country. And it is through the fires of hell that the man was forged and tempered, and through the pain and suffering of the severe burns and blisters he experienced, he saw no other way to restore their freedom than to take action, and he established himself as a new sovereign King in the realm, and it is through the ashes of these battles that the state of Tayos was born. On the 7th day of September, 2022, the sovereign state of Tayos was created in law, by and through the sovereignty of its King and from a glimmer hope, it began as a small legal embryo, and from there it grew to take full shape in international law. From the necessity of a dream and into a reality, in 2023 the state of Tayos is now ready to welcome more people as citizens and to grow in order to navigate the seas of fate on its own and begin offering a new hope to those who want to live in a fair and just country.
The return of the King
Now it is enough! When a society spoils and rots to a point where a country crushes its people without reason and that the air becomes no longer breathable, people must do something about it, or otherwise perish for accepting to live as slaves. This is one trade-off that was just not acceptable to King Regis Lucius I, as there is no other way for the righteous to live but to live free and live by justice and truth; and just as when a forest becomes rotten it is also ripe for a fire and the following inevitable renewal which ensues, this is how Tayos begins its life today. The name “tayos” comes from a very special cave located in the jungles of the country of Ecuador, and it is no coincidence that in Japanese, “taiyō” (太陽) means “sun”, and just as the sun must set at the end of a day which has corrupted into darkness as to force its demise, the sun rises again the next day to offer the new hope of the light and warmth of a new day, and therefore, the state of “tayos” could not be more appropriately named. King Regis does not accept to live by injustice, and in order to assure this, he created this new state in order to ensure that the righteous will have a fair and just state, now and forever. The battle to protect truth and justice has begun, and the King and the state of Tayos are the tools to achieve this.. together.
Now through the sovereignty of a new King, a new sovereign state becomes possible, and it is with the leadership of a righteous King that the people can band together into a new state, and ensure that they will have a home which will represent and defends them and their beliefs, and that they will not be persecuted for being whom they are. The King is there to ensure that the “martyrs” will have reprieve and safety while the rest of the world continues its descent into ever worsening darkness. A King has returned and will lead the return of justice in the world, because somebody had to do it, then he will with his people. There has been enough suffering, enough is enough!
The power of international law for a peaceful and neutral state
As a sovereign state, Tayos is an equal to every other nations and states in the world, and therefore so comes the strength of its protection, and the very reason why it was made to be. Tayos goes by the thinking that “those who live by the sword will perish by the sword”, and therefore Tayos understands the importance of maintaining peace with its fellow foreign states and therefore the importance of engaging them only through diplomacy and international law. The world has proliferated into a minefield of deadly weapons of war of cataclysmic potential, and notwithstanding that more established states can themselves no longer afford war as universal destruction is now near assured, then a small state like Tayos would have no hope by flexing any muscles against anyone. no, Tayos is no such thing and violence and force is no longer useful in our current world, but rather tayos navigates the seas of fate by the strength of neutrality, peace and diplomacy. Tayos is a peaceful state, entirely neutral, will not arm itself and will never go on any martial offensive against anyone. Tayos recognizes the other states as equals, and as friends and allies, and respects them, as it demands to be respected also. Tayos will rather ensure that it is respected by using the power of international law, where all states are equal no matter their legacy and commercial success, and where the fair and just prevail; and this is the true might of the state and the very reason that the King had the vision to establish this state in the first place. It is through these tools that justice can be restored, as more and more people around the world will realize that their current countries do not reflect and protect them anymore, and that immigration becomes inevitable, and that this is the right choice for their future.
Tayos: the Justicier and the shield of the Righteous
Existing states have grown too large, they can not fairly represent all of their citizens anymore, and this is one of the roots of the problems citizens face today. A state which has many millions of citizens, but that has one single vision of the future will inevitably alienate a portion of its people, some will be happy, others will be left behind, and while if the ones left behind may tolerate their state of affairs if they are respected in their dissension and left in peace in their derogation, it is another matter if they become persecuted for their differences and their individuality. But little do people know that fighting and sedition is never an option, but rather the solution is always to branch off, to take refuge, to immigrate. But where, if all the states are souring at the same time? well, this is the reason the King had the vision and the dream of restoring a heaven state which will offer legal protection for the just and the righteous.
Tayos is a state for righteous people, for those who actually deserve freedom and who can live by its precepts, and for these people the state offers protection from legal tyranny, and for such people, they will find in Tayos protection like no other state will offer. The legal courts of Tayos will always recognize and award human rights, at all times and under all circumstances, and therefore the just will never be unjustly punished without reason, or forced into servitude when they are not meant for it; human rights will always be respected, and this makes all the difference in the world; and those accused of crimes will always have all the fairness in the world to prove their righteousness, if such is the case. Tayos is a heaven for the persecuted, a new Geneva of our times, as Geneva was itself a heaven and safe state during the protestant persecutions.
The chance to build a new world from scratch
It is not every day that we get a second chance. When times are desperate, and no other option seem to be available, and just at the last minute we find an unexpected ledge to jump onto and escape the danger, it is then that we truly appreciate the power of a second chance, and Tayos is this second chance, it is a new hope. We now have the chance to start a new society, to begin building a life again, but the way the lovers of freedom want it to be. We can take the raw material of a virgin land, and mold it into the life we want to live; we now have this chance. While in the future, all the services due from a proper state will be created, in the early days, we are beginning from nothing, and therefore we need brave people who will be willing to return to a simpler way of life, in order to create what does not yet exist. We need courageous people as everything remains to be built; we have room to grow.
