Frequently Asked Questions

1. Is Tayos a real state, how is this possible?

Yes, Tayos is a real state in international law, and yes this is entirely possible. Through a rare and complex situation of prolonged contact between the courts of Canada and his person, a living man has managed, either though sheer luck or by divine guidance to rescind any presumed connection with that state, and then succeeded in establishing himself as independent of the said state in international law, and from this unexpected but fortuitous independence, he managed to establish himself in person as a new sovereign King through the unwitting acquiescence and recognition of the Crown in right of Canada which is the Crown of the United Kingdom and through his new found sovereignty as a new King, he then had the newfound authority to establish a new state which is entirely independent of the other states in the world, and as per international law, when a state is created, it just is and its existence can not be contested by other states, and it must simply be recognized by other states, and now Tayos is fully independent in international law.

Whether the creation of this new state was pure and sheer luck, or if it is the result of a form of divine guidance may never be known, but it has indeed happened by rare circumstances, and just as darkness is rising in the world, the opposite side of the equation must also equally rise and therefore an earthly kingdom of light is also being restored with Tayos and this nation state is now ready to fight and counter the growing darkness in order to help revert the growing persecutions of the righteous.

2. The territory of Tayos is in “Canada”, how can this be possible?

No, it is not; the territory of Tayos is entirely sovereign and belongs only to the state of Tayos itself, and Canada and other states of the world have no say within the territory of Tayos. The areas of lands which Tayos has claimed for its own used to be “claimed” by foreign states such as Canada and the Province of Quebec, but these claims have been forfeited by lack of use. You see, Tayos has claimed as its territory the public lands which were never privatized by anyone, and since they were never privatized and therefore never truly claimed, the lands have remained public and any claim to these lands is void by neglect, which means that they still belong to everyone, and therefore Tayos could claim them for its own use.

We need to realize that this is entirely possible, otherwise the entire world could simply be claimed from get go by a single person, and then no other state would ever become possible into eternity, this does not work. By failing to make effective use of these lands, the foreign states have forfeited their claims and these lands now belong to Tayos, who will now use them to establish it”s home.

3. Is Tayos going to interfere with other countries?

Absolutely not, and this is very important to mention and clarify, Tayos is an entirely neutral and peaceful state, and there will be no fighting or interfering with any other states in any way, unless they interfere with tayos first where the conflicts will be handled by diplomacy and international law. We need to understand the structure of international law, where every state is independent of each other, and therefore a state like Tayos has no right nor ability to interfere with any other state and their own choices, this is very important to realize. Tayos being a sovereign state can navigate the seas of fate by its own will, and so can other states. Just as other foreign states can not interfere with Tayos and its own peaceful goals, Tayos and its citizens can not interfere with the foreign states, otherwise than through international diplomacy and international law.

If a foreign state makes choices that are questionable, as long as it bothers no other state, then it is its own right to make these choices, and the citizens of that foreign state must decide if they agree to the choices of their state, or if they do not, they must simply immigrate to another state which better reflects their views. The one thing that can not happen is intentional interference with a state, this is certainly unacceptable. If citizens rise against their state, it is insurrection and seditious behavior will surely and rightfully be rectified by the state authorities. Likewise, if similar behavior is engaged by a foreign state, it would be no less than an act of war, and nobody wants war, especially the state of Tayos; we simply wish to navigate in peace and harmony. When citizens of a foreign state are unhappy, the right answer for them is to revoke their citizenship to that state, and immigrate to another state which better reflects their beliefs and desires.

4. Will Tayos support dual or multiple citizenship?

Yes! the state of Tayos does not care how many citizenship you have, all it cares about is if you are a citizen of Tayos. Another good thing is that citizenship with Tayos can be kept secret, as the state of Tayos will not publicly divulge the names of its citizens and people can maintain their citizenship anonymous for as long as they want to, and they need not tell the other states until they are ready to do so.

One thing to keep in mind though is that having multiple citizenship means that you are accountable to these multiple states and their laws, so you not only increase your services available, but you also increase your risks that one of these states will turn sour and implicate you in its courts. So be very careful and know the risks; the safest option is always to only have citizenship with Tayos, and then no other state can enforce their injustices on you, and if they do, Tayos will save you.

5. How can citizenship of Tayos help?

Well, in many ways really, but the most obvious one is through the legal courts of Tayos. Lets presume an individual has citizenship to a state, say Canada for example, well, if the courts of Canada take that individual into their courts and the courts become corrupt and unjust (as it is increasingly happening and as some have already witnessed), well there is not much this individual can do and he can try various forms of appeals, but sometimes, the corruption of the courts of foreign states is near universal and there is nothing that will help his cause.

But, if the individual is a citizen of Tayos, then it changes everything! Because by international law, even if the individual is caught up in the courts of a foreign state, he can also request that the courts of Tayos intervene, because a legal “connection” has been established between the states. If one state takes a citizen of another state into its courts, then it must also recognize the courts of the other state. So, the legal courts of the state of Tayos can also judge the case, and if there is indeed injustice, the courts of Tayos can order a judgement that redresses the injustices, and by international law, the courts of the other state must recognize the judgement and implement it.

This means that citizens of Tayos gain the protection of just and fair courts, who can always intervene if there is injustice, and ergo the citizens of Tayos are always protected from injustice.

6. Can I simply decide to become a Citizen of another state?

Yes! it is not widely known that becoming a citizen of a state is actually a contractual engagement, and this means that nobody can prevent an individual from deciding who they will contract with. It is also the reason why any person can repudiate a citizenship with any other country, because it is a voluntary contract between the parties, and all contracts must respect all aspects of a valid contract, and a contract can also be stopped any any moment.

It is also important to note that the right to leave a country and to choose a nationality are internationally enforced human rights, and you can confirm this by various international treaties such as but not limited to the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights articles 13.2, 14.1, 15.1, 15.2 and 17.1 as well as the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights articles 12.2, 12.4 and 22.1.

7. Will the state offer passports and other important documents?

Yes! like any state, Tayos will eventually issue all the required documentation to its citizens including but not limited to international drivers license, vehicle license plates, passports, birth certificates and everything else required in order to facilitate the transit of its citizens on earth. Of course, the state being very young and still in development, it may take a little while in order to reach cruising speed and offer a “professional” level of service, and the early days may be more “artisanal”, but this removes nothing to the fact that the documents of the state have full power and authority in law and foreign states must recognize them in full.
