For the individuals who want to immigrate and become citizens of Tayos, the process involves either one or two steps. The first step is the necessary act of declaring intent to become a citizen of Tayos, the second one is optional, and is the act of renouncing or repudiating citizenship to other states.
Tayos does support multi citizenship, so if you wish to retain previous citizenship to other foreign states, this is perfectly fine, but remember that by remaining a citizen of a foreign state means that you remain responsible to its laws, and therefore if you are ever unjustly engaged in the legal courts of the foreign states, it is more difficult for Tayos to help, although Tayos can still fight injustices. So be sure to fully understand the full implications of your choices.
It is recommended that you first check out the FAQ page for answers to various important questions relating to citizenship: FAQ Page
Step 1: Becoming a citizen
The first and most important step of the immigration process is to become a citizen of Tayos itself, and in this case, it is a very simple action to take. Becoming a citizen of a state is an act of self-determination, and therefore all the individuals have to do is to state their personal intention to become citizens and send it to the state. In order to achieve this, the immigration process currently takes the form of a solemnly declared and notarized affidavit of truth. The affidavit is a solemn declaration that you intentionally and of your own free will agree to become a citizen of Tayos, to respect its laws and obligations, and also to receive its benefits. The affidavit once received by the state becomes truth on record after a certain amount of maturation days and the individuals are then officially citizens of Tayos. yes, it is that simple!

Optional Step 2: Renouncing citizenship to other states
Now while becoming a citizen of Tayos is exceedingly easy, renouncing citizenship of other states is more complicated matter, and can take various forms. The first and most obvious method is to take the official legal route of that country to renounce citizenship, and this method will vary for different countries and therefore it is advised to research the procedure for the country which you are leaving.
If for some reason the official method is not possible (for various reasons, possibly even a tyrannical deprivation of rights by that country), then there are other options. What most people may not realize is that citizenship is in fact a contract, and like all contracts, it must respect all aspects of a valid contract, which includes full disclosure of terms, and of course, free will and meeting of the minds. A country which enforces citizenship through force and deception is actually in breach of contractual law, and like any contract, a contract which is in breach may be vitiated and repudiated, and this is what is offered here.
All the citizens have to do is to create an affidavit of vitiation and repudiation, have it notarized and send it to the various head offices of that foreign country. If, within the specified amount of days (usually 21 days), the foreign country can not counter the facts in the affidavit (which means to counter the claims of the presence of contractually vitiating factors), then the affidavit becomes truth on record and the “contract” of citizenship is voided and becomes null and void; it is that simple!
Yet, individuals have to be very careful with this route, as while it is perfectly valid in law, some more despotic countries may surely wish to engage in corruption and ignore the vitiation, and the ex-citizen may get caught in court battles with the previous country of citizenship. So, be well aware of this fact, and we have seen it happen before. Of course, if that person is already a citizen of Tayos before the repudiation, then the legal courts of Tayos will assist their citizens which should make the battle much easier in theory (sometimes the corruption of foreign countries can be very deep), but it must be known that there could be hardships, especially in the early days while Tayos is still small and developing its infrastructures and international capabilities.

Legalization of affidavits
It is essential that all affidavits be legalized by witness of either a notary or a commissioner of oaths. Be sure to see what is the right process in the foreign country where you are. Some officials might be unsure as to whether they will agree to notarize the affidavits, but you can explain to them that they are simply acting as a witness to the signature, and that they do not otherwise guarantee the contents of the affidavits in any way as the words and intents are yours only.
