The state of Tayos is an emerging state, a developing state; it is young and many aspects of its structure and agencies remain to be created or developed. Here is offered the vision of the state as it should become as it grows and establishes itself and its presence into the world. The vision here described is still young and may evolve as the state further develops and more input is provided by its people.
The Government
In a young and developing state where everything remains to be built, there is much to do, and quite possibly the most fundamental choice to make from the onset is the form of governance that the new state will have. In history, many forms of government have been tried, and each, with varying amounts of success, and the state of Tayos is built according to what seems to have resulted in the most successful form of all, which is a head of state overseeing a representative republic. It is a model by which some of the greatest nations have succeeded, such as ancient Rome in its most glorious days for example, and respecting time proven formulas, the dream of Tayos restores the same. A representative republic ensures that the people have the power to decide the future of their nation, through elected representatives who balance the needs and requests of their constituents, all with a head of state whom ensures both the sovereignty of the state in international law and also that the system always remains on track with the original founding vision.
The effective governance of the state in its day to day will rest in the hands of the people in the form of a representative republic inspired from the United States of America, with a government made up of three branches, effectively the independent divisions of the legislative (congress with a senate and house of representatives), the executive (government, president, vice-president, etc.) and the judiciary (the courts).
The judiciary, the legal courts and the legal system
The state of Tayos, being born within the anglo/saxon tradition of law, exists exclusively within the confines of the system of the English Common Law. It is the opinion of the King of the state himself that the Common Law is the best and most fair legal system of law currently in existence in the world, and it has well proven its value as a very effective and fair system of justice. Not only does the Common Law benefit from all of the same advantages as its civil counterparts, but it also benefits from case law, as well as a more fluid and adaptive form of law which is guided by the maxims of law and equity, and therefore by the precepts of natural law itself, and by these immutable precepts which are guided directly by the Laws of God the Creator himself, the best attainable form justice results.
The courts of Tayos are structured in the following hierarchy:
- The first instances courts are the Chancery Courts of Tayos which render justice in equity;
- The Criminal Courts of Tayos handle all criminal affairs;
- The Superior Chancery Courts for the higher purposes of equity law as well as all foreign state court cases involving our citizens;
- The Appeals court of Tayos are the highest form of appeal of law;
- And the highest court in the state and the court of last resort rest in the Supreme Chancery Court of Tayos.
and of course with all of these courts operating by the Common Law, the state ensures the best form of legal justice to its citizens. One of the founding principles of the state is that there is always to be justice in its courts, and while the penalties resulting of crime may be extremely severe, the adjudications will itself always be the results of the highest form of justice and fairness with the extending of all rights available, and therefore although perfection is never entirely possible in this world, the legal system of Tayos will be as close to perfection as can possibly exist within a state.
The Economy and its legal tender currency
Fate it seems, is not without a sense of irony, and it is such a case here with Tayos. The man who created the state and came to personify King Regis is also the creator and inventor of one of the few, if not the only viable technological alternative to the worldwide system of Central Banking Digital Currencies (the CBDCs) which are soon to make their great unveiling worldwide. While the CBDCs will not be anonymous, Tayos has all the technology required to create a full digital currency which has everything required to succeed in digital commerce and remain competitive with other states, while remaining entirely anonymous and independent just like digital cash. While a paper cash form of the currency may very well also be offered for every day use by its citizens, there is no avoiding the fact that all other states in commerce are going digital, and Tayos has the know-how to remain entirely competitive in such a digital world economy, while remaining independent with a completely unique system of its own which respects the freedom of its people.
Therefore, the state of Tayos will be unique in having its own currency, created through its own central bank, which will NOT be based on any debt, and this in itself is a revolution in the world of states. Tayos will be entirely self sufficient and the currency will be based on the most modern theory of inflation which will ensure both a long term stable and flexible economy for its citizens, something that has never been seen in history to this time.
